Its time to sell my honda, i just bought a new car so this one has to go. It has been such a good car. I just had the timing belt and water pump replaced and the valves adjusted. New battery about a year and a half ago its an ex with leather and a sunroof, 6disc cd changer, cold a/c, cruise control and power everything. It has the ultra low emission 4 cylinder witch get 32 mpg on the highway, tires are in good shape. The paint is in really good shape no rust and the inside is in great shape, (the drivers seat has one small tear) but overall for the year its in great shape text is the best way to get ahold of me 435-304-6992. Great safe, fuel efficient vehicle choice for a first car, a low-cost commuter car for students, etc. I purchased this car in december of 2014 in a private sale for $4,400 and have put in about $1,300 of work and parts since owning it. Listed price aligns with kbb and edmunds estimates. The previous owner whom i bought this car from was a honda mechanic. He used this as his commuter car and he regularly performed maintenance and repairs on the car at his shop. When i bought this car, it was at ~164,000 miles, so i have put fewer miles on it each year than the national average over the last two years (only took it to school and to work). Overview of the car and its maintenance/repair history: • timing belt was replaced at 80k and 160k miles (honda recommends replacing it between every 80 to 105k miles, or 7 years). The upper mount struts (suspension components) are old, which is the cause of the noise. It is still drivable, but replacing these would make for a smoother, quieter ride. • driver’s side visor does not have a vanity mirror, and the cloth is torn on the visor • passenger side visor has a flip down cover, but no mirror. • minor cosmetic damage on exterior. This car has served me very well and still has many more years of life in it. Power Locks
